The development of new products, through constant innovation, has resulted in an average annual growth rate of 20 percent since the company’s inception. They commit 10 percent of their annual sales revenue to research and development of new products. Their products are used through the United States and in more than 100 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RF circuits, antennas, and embedded software needed to support our growing wireless product offerings.
  • Train and lead others in the design of RF circuits, antennas, and embedded software. Understand and train others on RF standards (domestic and international), and design, test, and qualify products to meet these requirements.
  • Work with other engineers to interface RF circuits to support analog and digital circuits.
  • Work with our manufacturing and tooling groups to specify manufacturing tools and test procedures / equipment to enable production of new RF designs.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years experience as an Electrical Engineer doing RF design.
  • Analog and/or digital circuit design experience.
  • Strong understanding of discrete circuitry and physics fundamentals. Power electronics experience is a plus.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively while also thriving in a leadership position.
