LED Lighting Controls Engineering Manager

About the Job

Manage global engineering team in a "can-do" culture designing LED Lighting Controls Sub-Systems for customers looking to implement LED solutions and product standardization in a growth market.  The team is responsible for development of LED modules, LED drivers, 3-D thermal heatsinks, optics, and controls.  The Lighting Manager is partnered with regionalEngineering Managers to develop innovative sub-systems to meet market requirements.
 

• Experience working in a fast paced and creative environment
• +5 years managing engineering teams
• +3 years work in the lighting industry in development and test
• Familiar with designing to global compliance requirements such UL, IEC, Energy Star, CSA, NOM, and CCC
• MSEEor BSEE plus MBA
